This week we begin tracking for what will be my first official release in 15 years.
I’m scared to death.
I feel like I have a lot riding on this next collection of songs.
I know that the songs are great, I know I have some great players that not only serve them well, but also believe in what we are doing as a group with helps a lot! My intent is to get these songs recorded and use it to open doors to bigger and better venues/audiences. I’m 43 years old. I’m not a kid anymore (nor are the guys I’m playing with) We are not young cute and sexy face guys… I think what we have going for us though supersedes any of that…I think we have some good genuine songs here. And I’m just praying to a God above that what I hear in my head comes out in the final product.
